The basic Pak-Ice Unit consists of a Gel Pak production machine and a twelve inch heat sealer.

We can supply bags or polymer, however, we prefer to assist you to purchase direct from the manufacturers thus ensuring the cheapest raw materials and the lowest unit cost.

The Pak Ice unit is a compact plug in 220/240 volt unit. The impulse sealer is also 220/240 volt. All that is required to complete the unit ready for production is a garden hose to connect tap water to the machine. The machine is fitted with a water regulator. The amount of gel/water dispensed is through simple, easy to set, timer controls. A DVD of the operation of the machine is available on request. Advise your postal address.
